From farming and gardening skills to integrated mindfulness, ECO Farm offers programs that deliver practical skills at the intersection between food and wellness. Changing our relationship to food must happen if we are to preserve our health and the health of the Earth!
ECO Farm Life Experience (FLEX)
The ECO Farm Life Experience (FLEX) program gives participants the opportunity to HEAL, GROW, BUILD and LEAD as Earth Citizens and provides an immersive experience into the inner workings of a small organic farm. From seeding to harvesting to sharing with the local community, ECO Farm hopes to inspire participants to change their personal relationship to food and to sustainably support their own communities as Earth Citizens.

Attend lectures and workshops on sustainable living habits, earth citizenship, and community leadership.
Residential Intern Program
One of the best ways to get involved with ECO is by joining our Residential Internship program. An ECO Internship is the perfect opportunity for those seeking something more deeply immersive than what our other programs and classes offer.
This program runs from February to November and entails working and living at ECO Farm for 3 to 4 months. Interns are involved in all aspects of farm life as well as the Earth Citizen Movement and you will leave with the skills of self sufficiency, mindfulness, and leadership. The expectation for Interns is that they are fully committed to the very important work of healing our relationship to the Earth and have clear goals for how they would use their time at the farm to support their own goals as a citizen of the Earth.
Depending on interests, technical skills, and past work experience, interns get a chance to work with our core team on various projects within our organization. At the office, possible roles include social media outreach, marketing, and graphic design. In the community, hosting booths at farmer's markets and farm to table dinners can take your networking skills to the next level! While these skill sets are always in need, we’re always open to anything that you might be able to bring to the table — we love new ideas
Interns live in the Bunkhouse, a shared space of 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen and indoor and outdoor living spaces. Interns receive a share of the weekly harvest and the kitchen is stocked with basic dry goods. WiFi is available
Interns attend classes each week in sustainability and have access to on-line wellness training. Communication skills and conflict resolution practices are taught as part of weekly community meetings. Interns attend all ECO Farm based learning events and receive special discounts on trainings and workshops offered at the ECO Learning Center.
Interning with ECO is a deeply immersive experience providing you with a unique opportunity to help create positive change in the world and gain the skills you need to keep growing! Interested candidates are encouraged begin the application process clicking the Apply Now button.
